Kimchi Soup


Serves 2-3 

Ingredients:

3 cloves Garlic, grated
1/2 cm Ginger, grated
1/2 Onion, thin sliced
150 gr Pork belly, thin sliced
200 gr Kimchi
1 tbsp Soju
800 ml Water
2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tsp Sugar
400 gr Tofu

How to cook :

1. Stir fry Garlic, ginger,  and onion.
2. Mix the Kimchi, chili paste, pork, Kimchi juice and sugar.
3. Add water with over heat and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Add tofu and lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add green union and remove from the heat.
6. Serve hot.
